Meet the Registered Manager
Newbie Eric Mckenzie is a registered mental health nurse with experience at various mental health settings including psychiatric intensive care (PICU), Acute, eating disorders, community, rehabilitation, Camhs, adult and older adult settings. Able to supervise and instruct entry level support workers, apprentices, as well as to establish and maintain effective working relationships with service users, their families and working partners.
Good working knowledge of care principles, techniques and practices and their application to cases, group work, and partnership working. Experience of working with vulnerable groups like the elderly, young people etc. He currently works at a care home unit as the deputy manager with supervisory role, maintaining service users’ documentation and medication audits.
Easy going by nature and able to get along with both colleagues and senior managers.
